Q: How long from survey to the fitting of my shutters

A: We are aware that other suppliers may quote quicker delivery times in order to gain your order, only to belatedly apologise as your order gets delayed to the industry standard delivery of 6-8 weeks. We choose to state the correct delivery times upfront and where possible we will deliver sooner than stated

Q: Before i make an appointment to see a sales advisor can i ask questions by email

A: Yes we will to reply to your questions within 24 hours excluding weekends

Q: Do you have a showroom

A: No as we keep our prices as competative as possible when the sales advisor calls he will have samples to show you.

Q: You say Non pressure salesman is this true

A: yes definetly no pressure we will tell you everything you need to no and let you make up your own mind no gimmicks,no pressure.

Q: Can shutters be fitted to any window

A:Yes 99% of the time doorways to.

Q: Will you fitters clean up and take away any rubbish

A: Yes certainly all rubbish is removed and we will hoover as well.
